講座簡介：The topic is whether authenticity is “learnable,” i.e., whether we can learn to come across as “my true, authentic self.” By analyzing some clips from US-politicians and international celebrities, the lecturer is to show how the business of publicly apologizing has been handled and to integrate the chosen strategies into the general problem of authenticity in crisis-management and crisis/risk-communication.
主講人簡介：Michael Bamberg，美國Clark University教授，國際權威期刊《Narrative Inquiry》(SSCI, AHCI)主編；國際權威期刊《Behavioral and Brain Sciences》(SCI, SSCI)副主編；《Discourse Processes》、《Discourse Studies》(SSCI)等國際權威學術期刊編委；出版過Betty told her story—twice: A narrative analysis Oxford University Press；Discourse and identity Cambridge, UK: Cambridge University Press等獨撰專著，發表過數篇SSCI和AHCI期刊論文。
